Where are the items shipped from?
All our items are sent from our own warehouse in the Netherlands. Our employees work hard to pack your items carefully and send them out to you.

How long do I have to wait for my order?
Detailed information about our shipping times can be found on our Shipping page. Orders within the Netherlands are delivered within 1-2 days.

Wrong or faulty order
What can I do when my order is incorrect or defect?
We would like to apologize for any inconvenience. We are only human and make mistakes. However, we would like to fix your problem. If you have any complaints about your delivered items, please send an email to info@shinraiknives.com within 14 days after arrival. For a quick handling of your complaint, we ask you to include the following information:
