When can I return items?
Within 14 days after delivery of your order, you are able to register items you would like to send back. Make sure you ship your items immediately after registering them. Items arriving at our warehouse over 14 days after registration, will not be accepted. These items will be shipped back without a refund.
Free gifts and promotional items cannot be returned.
How can I get a refund?
You will receive a refund, if the items meet the following requirements:
- Items are in the original condition
- Items have not been used
- Items are still in the original packaging
- The invoice is included
If any of the above-mentioned requirements are not met, we are unable to give a (full) refund on the products. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
What does it cost to return items?
You are responsible for shipment charges that come with returning your items.
Will I get a full refund?
Shipment is always free of charge in The Netherlands. Shipment to other countries is only free of charge when the total amount spent transcends a certain amount. However, when a package is returned, we may offset the amount from your refund.
My return package went missing during shipment, what do I do?
We recommend including a tracking code when returning your package. We are not responsible for any missing returned packages.
When can I expect my refund?
Processing returned packages takes up to 7 days and includes the following steps:
- We will notify you when your package is delivered to our warehouse. After inspecting the item(s), we will send you an email to let you know if we approve or reject your refund.
- If you are approved, we will process your refund. Within 10 working days, we will credit the refund amount to your method of payment.
